No. Homeowners never need an account to browse, get matched, or send a request. We only ask for contact information at the end of the matching form so cleaners can reach you.

You pay the cleaner directly, on whatever terms you agree to together. North Houston Cleaner Match never collects payments, issues refunds, or mediates disputes.

We provide discovery and introductions only. We are not a cleaning company, employer, staffing agency, booking agent, insurer, or guarantor. Cleaners are independent businesses who control their own services, pricing, schedule, and client relationships.

We filter for cleaners who serve your ZIP code, offer the service you need, are accepting the type of work you're requesting (one-time or recurring), and have no pet incompatibility with your home. We then rank eligible cleaners by fit and show you up to three, each with plain-language reasons for the match.

Exactly what it says — nothing more. Each badge names one specific check that was performed (for example, phone and email confirmation, or a background check) and includes an expiration date where relevant, especially for insurance. Badges are not a guarantee of quality or safety.

After an introduction, we email the homeowner a secure, expiring link asking whether they hired the cleaner. Only after they confirm the cleaning happened can they submit a review labeled Verified Platform Customer. Cleaners cannot delete unfavorable reviews.

We'll never show you a weak or incompatible match just to fill three slots. If nothing fits yet, we offer a simple local waitlist and let you know as soon as a compatible cleaner joins.

During the founding-cleaner pilot, membership is free. Afterward, plans start at $19/month for founding members, $29/month standard, or $290/year. We never charge per lead or take a commission.
